Please consider the following before making a booking:

Be realistic as to how much you can get into the van.
Get yourself organised - be ready on time
Box as much as possible
Don't overload individual boxes.
Mark your boxes clearly.
If possible have everything at one pick up point.  
Where possible get everything to the ground floor and as close as feasible to where the van will park.
Let us know if we have to cater for lifts or numerous flights of stairs.
If you are not travelling with your contents ensure that the delivery points are expecting the goods and are organised to receive it.
