FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What do I need in order to hire from you?

All inflatables need a clear, level, grass space free of any sharp objects. The space needs to be the size of the inflatable plus an extra 2ft either side (to allow for staking down and clearance of the walls when children are bouncing) and an extra 5ft at the front and rear (to allow for the children to enter/exit safely and the blower/inlet tube respectively). This total space needs to be clear of any overhanging objects such as trees, plants, washing lines, etc.

We also need an appropriate access point to the site the inflatable is going to be erected on. The bigger inflatables are large & heavy, even when rolled up and will not go through small alleyways/gates and hallways! Please make sure you have the space for the inflatable you book. What do Castlemania supply?

All of our inflatables come complete with everything to make your hire experience safe and enjoyable. We supply the inflatable, electric fan, crash mats, power leads (50m), RCD electrical circuit breaker, ground sheet and stakes. We also deliver the unit, erect and collect it thus ensuring it is erected safely.

What are your prices, payment methods and hire period?

We accept payment by Cash or Cheque only.
We hire by the day (7 days a week). We typically deliver from as early as 8:00am -12noon and pickup between 4pm – 7pm. The price is for one day or part day.
However, we are flexible, therefore please call us to discuss delivery and collection at specific times, overnight hires, weekend rates, special offers and much more.
Discounts are available for regular repeat bookings.
We charge NO wet weather cancellation fee.

Can we collect the Inflatable from Castlemania ourselves?

Sorry - No. It is paramount that our inflatables are erected correctly therefore this must be undertaken by ourselves, also it is an insurance requirement.

How do you ensure safety?

Inflatables are great fun as long as they are used safely. We deliver and erect our units with safety in mind. Where applicable we use safety crash mats. On the day we will provide you with a detailed health & safety guide.

Do you supply adult units / what age range?

Our inflatables are for children up to and including 12yrs. Unfortunately (at this moment in time) it is our policy not to cater for adults therefore under no circumstance should adults bounce or slide on any of our inflatables.

All Access Services asks of you...!

You kindly abide by our health & safety guide which is issued on the day of hire. This is to help ensure that you operate a happy and SAFE environment and that our equipment is finally collected in immaculate condition ready for our next customer.

You kindly provide 2 forms of identification, i.e. driving license (proof of signature) and utility bill (proof of address). This is an insurance requirement.
